This policy explains what information this website processes and how it is used.

Information you enter in the free tool

The free script builder runs in your browser. The names and context you enter are not sent to our server by that tool. Avoid entering sensitive client information. Basic event names may be sent to an analytics service only if one is configured; analytics are not active by default.

Payments and downloads

Stripe processes checkout and payment details under its own privacy policy. This site does not receive or store full card numbers. If a purchase is made, this site requests the Stripe Checkout Session to confirm payment and unlock the digital download. The session reference is used for that verification. Stripe may provide the customer email associated with the completed order.

Email updates

If you submit the optional email form and the mailing-list provider is connected, your address and consent record are forwarded to that provider to manage the subscription. If the provider is not connected or the request fails, the form reports that signup did not complete and your email is not stored by this site. The provider's privacy policy, confirmation, unsubscribe, and deletion processes also apply.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process basic request and device information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website. If we enable analytics, the notice will be updated to identify the service and explain any consent choices required.

Third-party links

Checkout takes place on Stripe. We do not currently use affiliate links or display advertising. Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Retention and requests

We do not maintain a customer account on this website. Payment records are held by Stripe. For access, correction, or deletion requests about data handled by a third-party provider, use that provider's controls or contact details. For a purchase, use the support contact shown on your receipt.

Children

This site and product are intended for adults working in real estate and are not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as site services change. The date below shows the latest revision.
