Digital product license
After a completed purchase, REL Global Enterprises LLC grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the Seller Follow-Up Kit for the purchaser's own real estate business. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or represent the kit as your own product. Your purchase is for one user unless a team license is expressly offered.
General information only
The kit provides general communication templates and organization prompts. It is not legal, compliance, brokerage, financial, or professional advice. The material does not determine whether you may contact a person or what rules apply. You are responsible for adapting it to the individual, confirming any required consent, and following applicable federal, state, and local laws, do-not-contact rules, privacy requirements, MLS rules, and brokerage policies.
No result guarantee
We do not promise leads, appointments, listings, closings, commissions, or income. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, the quality and source of leads, agent practices, and individual decisions.
Checkout and delivery
Stripe processes payments. The listed $9 price is a one-time USD charge for the digital product, unless the checkout page says otherwise. After Stripe reports a successful payment, the site verifies the purchase and provides a download. Do not share your checkout session link; it may be used to access your download.
Refunds
Refund requests for broken files or material differences from the offer are handled under our refund policy. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.
Third-party services and availability
The site relies on third-party hosting, payment, and optional email services. Those services may be unavailable or change their own terms. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the site or product. We will not claim a payment succeeded unless Stripe verifies it.
Intellectual property
Site content, design, and product materials are owned by REL Global Enterprises LLC or its licensors, subject to the limited purchaser license above. Do not use the site to disrupt service, probe access controls, or infringe another person's rights.
Limits and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, REL Global Enterprises LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or kit. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Illinois law governs these terms, without displacing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
